1. What kind of dining experience does Haruki offer?

Haruki is a premium Japanese restaurant and omakase restaurant located along Keong Saik Road, Singapore. We offer a refined journey through authentic Japanese cuisine. Dishes are conceptualised and prepared by our chefs using seasonal ingredients. 

2. Where is Haruki located and what are your opening hours?

We are at 3 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089111

  • Lunch Omakase: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM (last seating 1:30 PM)

  • Dinner Omakase: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (last seating 8:15 PM)

We are closed on Sundays. However, if you have a private event/occasion which you wish to host at our restaurant, please reach out to us for a further discussion and we may be able to accommodate. 

3. Do I need a reservation at Haruki?

As we are only an 18-seater restaurant, reservations are strongly recommended but not mandatory. Walk-ins are also acceptable, subject to availability.

4. What type of food is served in your omakase menu?

Haruki specializes in lunch omakase and dinner omakase, which feature a curated progression of dishes showcasing fresh seasonal ingredients — such as sushi, sashimi, and other authentic elements of Japanese cuisine. We are able to cater to any form of dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), but please let us know these restrictions in advance during your reservation.

5. Is Haruki suitable for special occasions and fine dining?

Absolutely — Haruki’s intimate and elegant omakase experience makes it ideal for special occasions, date nights, and celebrations that call for a memorable meal in a high-quality Japanese restaurant environment.

We have 2 seating areas - a main dining area which accommodates 12 pax and a private dining area which accommodate 6 pax. Do reach out to us if you wish to host a private event or special occasion at our restaurant.

6. What types of drinks do you all offer at Haruki?

We offer a curated selection of wines, spirits and Japanese sake designed to pair beautifully with your Japanese cuisine and enhance your omakase experience. We also offer non-alcoholic options.

7. Is there a difference between lunch and dinner omakase at Haruki?

Yes — our lunch omakase provides a lighter seasonal progression of dishes (perfect for business lunches), while dinner omakase delves deeper into elevated courses and flavours selected by the chef for a more immersive experience. We also recently introduced a sushi menu during lunch service for diners who wish for a faster dining experience.
